Making An International Alliance

Introduction:
 We are all aware that NoFear has become a force to recon with, and the large gap between rank #2 and where we stand seems un-bridge-able. This is true as we each stand scattered and for a long time have been leary of mergers. Many of us have brainstormed and have come to a solution we may all be able to accept.


NRTHMRCH
Welcome to North March. Well, Not really? The sole purpose of this group is to attack... Thats it, nothing more. NRTHMRCH is designed to zero alliance members one at a time. Any coalition members  will "bounce" players in and out of the alliance as their troop counts fall and rise. It will be the duty of the officer (alliance host) to provide volunteers needed to keep the system working.

BEING AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF NRTHMRCH COALITION
1. To be an ACTIVE member requires that you dedicate the agreed apon troop count daily
2. Being inactive does not kick you from the alliance, however it does allow coalition members to target you without being removed from the coalition.

NRTHMRCH (Active Duty Code Of Conduct)

This alliance is like none other among the servers.
1. NRTHMRCH will be the International Police of Northmarch and it will draw its power from the collective members.
2. NRTHMRCH will be run democraticly and will require dues (casualties) from all of its members.
3. In order to stay an active blue with NRTHMRCH each allegance must provide a donation of volonteers to sacrifice a fixed number of troops each week.
4. That number will have a combined attack equal to 500,000 archers a day
5. NRTHMARCH will do no harm to no alliance that is or was a member unless that member actively engauges NRTHMRCH itself, or two or more of NRTHMRCH's active blue members.
(active and or inactive members may be red with multiple inactive members and one of our other active members without being a target, but not 2)
6. Inactive members are described as members with rights to be in the alliance whom are not providing troops for the cause.

NRTHMRCH Structure

1. Host- The host is currently provided as a low level player so that they can not bully the masses. The host is not likely to discriminate or anger a group of players because they need the support of the masses. It is not likely this person will be on under nornal circumstances. They will have minimal army and not capable of suffering freat losses.

Although the host may have the ultimate say so, it would not be in his/her best interest to go against the masses.

2. VH1- will be nominated and voted on by the Presbyters that make the collective whole.
3. VH2- will be nominated and voted on by the Presbyters that make the collective whole and shall not orriginate from the same alliance that VH1 came from.
4. Presbyters will be used to simplify votes from officers to VH
5.Officers Shall be either the host or vicehost of a NRTHMRCH supporting allegance. These officers will be voting on who is in primary office, who is a primary target , and will aid in making sure troop sacrifices are being made.
